We will be spending 7 incredible days at the gorgeous Pura Vida Wellness Retreat and Spa in the mountains of Costa Rica.

This fabulous facility offers all comforts: a choice of accommodations to fit your needs, 3 delicious meals a day, a world class wellness center, gorgeous gardens throughout the property, pool, hot tub and 3 absolutely amazing yoga rooms. There will be ample time to socialize and to renew and relax on your own in the beautiful surroundings of Pura Vida.

Yoga classes will be offered twice daily, morning and afternoon. In the morning we'll start with Pranayama and meditation followed by an awakening yoga practice. In the afternoon we'll enjoy an invigorating Vinyasa class. There will be plenty of time to include these daily classes and still enjoy the daily adventures of Costa Rica or just relax by the pool with a book and your new friends.

Daily trips are optional and organized by the wonderful staff at Pura Vida. Some of the options are: Horseback riding on the beach, zip-lining in the jungle, white water river rafting, volcano visits, water falls, birding - and more!
Without compare Pura Vida has the best Wellness Center I've ever visited! Everyone here is a true healer and very professional. I can recommend the Watsu (shiatsu massage in a warm pool - AMAZING!), hot stone massage, deep tissue massage. They also offer many other healing modalities and spa opportunities.

Encourage your Non Yogi friends and family to join you. Yogis are a fun group to travel with and often times people who don't practice yoga regularly or at all, join us and have a wonderful time!
