200 hour teacher training with Mary Ellen Carroll at Yoga Moves
Dates to be announced for 2011

The PranaVayu Yoga teacher training program is designed to help you acquire the confidence, skills and expertise necessary to become a Registered Yoga Teacher. By building on the skills that you've learned during the PranaVayu training intensives, our interactive and experiential curriculum will enable you to explore deeper levels of your potential while developing the necessary tools to guide yourself and others toward a happier, healthier and more fulfilling practice both on and off the mat.

Through the course of this 100 hour training, you will discover:
· How to teach a PranaVayu Yoga sequence to beginning, intermediate and advanced students
· How to use our base level paradigms to create your own unique yoga sequences.
· Prenatal modifications
· The art of assisting
· Deeper applications of the core system of alignment hands on approach to anatomy and physiology
· How to guide meditation effectively

*Please note: This program is only open to those who completed all three intensive training modules with David Magone or a PranaVayu Yoga master teacher. Graduates of the intensive training can apply for admission into the PranaVayu Yoga teacher-training program. For those who are accepted, all 100 hours gained through the intensive training modules will transfer and be applied to the full 200-hour requirement for certification as a PranaVayu Yoga teacher.
