VINIYOGA: An approach to Yoga that adapts the various methods of practice to the unique needs of the individual. Practiced in an unheated room.HOT YOGA - A vigorous series of postures that challenges the whole body, balancing strength, flexibility and healing.
VINYASA - A flow style yoga series, incorporating breath with movement. This class moves faster with poses from our hot yoga series for a more cardiovascular class.
BIKRAM YOGA - Features 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room. Stretching and strengthening every muscle.
POWER VINYASA - A challenging and flowing form of yoga that heals, energizes and soothes the body and mind.
KRIPALU YOGA is a conscious practice of physical yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques for integrating body, mind and spirit. Not a hot yoga style.
YIN YOGA is a challenging form of yoga, floor postures are held for a longer period of time working connective tissues. A great way to balance your yoga practice!
PRANAVAYU: Is a unique style of power yoga that uses sequencing, skeletal positioning and imagery to make difficult postures easier. In a warm room.

Classes
are 90 minutes unless noted • Come to class with an empty stomach
• Bring a large water, large towel and yoga mat • Dress to sweat
• New students arrive 10 minutes early. Towels and mats available
for rent - water and mats for sale. We do recommend you purchase your own
yoga mat for your own personal hygiene.

Yoga is so much more than the poses that we do. It is a process
of understanding and respecting yourself and those around us. We ask that
you please be thoughtful and considerate by following these simple rules
in the yoga room:
No cell phones • No gum • No shoes
When entering or exiting the room during class, please do so between postures.
