Beginners and drop-ins are welcome.HOT YOGA - A vigorous series of postures that challenges the whole body, balancing strength, flexibility and healing.
VINYASA - A flow style or yoga, incorporating breath and movement. This class moves faster with poses from our hot yoga classes for a more cardiovascular class. This class is in a heated room.
YIN YOGA -Targets the deeper connective tissue and compliments our other “yang” yoga styles. These floor postures are held longer for a deeper release. Not in a Hot room.
PRANAVAYU YOGA is a unique style of yoga which uses logical sequencing, skeletal positioning and meditative practices to increase your stength, range of motion and sense of centeredness. The style integrates flowing power yoga sequences with relaxation and meditative techniques to help you change your body and free your mind. Practiced in a Hot Room.

Classes are 90 minutes unless noted • Come to class with an empty stomach • Bring a large water, large towel and yoga mat • Dress to sweat • New students arrive 10 minutes early. Towels and mats available for rent - water and mats for sale. We do recommend you purchase your own yoga mat for your own personal hygiene.

and respecting yourself and those around us. We ask that you please be thoughtful
and considerate by following these simple rules in the yoga room:
No cell phones • No gum • No shoes
When entering or exiting the room during class, please do so between postures.
