Student Testimonial : I love the space at Yoga Moves. It is a peaceful, calm environment that I look forward to every Monday morning at 7:00 am. Our teacher Judy is wonderful. She introduces different meditation methods each week and explains how each practice can benefit our wellbeing. Since I am new to meditation, this has been a great way to learn more about it and incorporate it into my daily life. It has been a different experience each week. Some of the practices we have tried are visual meditation, metta (loving kindness) meditation, walking meditation, and benefactor meditation. This is such a nice way to begin my week.
