Laura Hackel, Resident Shaman I love my work. I love the relationship that I have developed with the Crystal Bowls where I know I can count on them to bring the exact right vibrations to bear for each individual in the room, whether it’s 2 or 44 people. I love the point when I am playing where I suddenly “get” what the message it, why we all made it on that particular day. I have learned to trust that whoever is meant to show up will show up, and I have seen first hand the shift in energy from when I first enter a room to when the last note of the bowl sings out. When people take me up on my offer to smudge them, I am continually amazed that the messages for them are always the ones they need to hear in that moment and I am so thrilled when someone casually says, yep, that’s what I was working on.
Recently, I added Crystals, Nature Powerful Healers to my collection of offerings. Selecting them was a bit daunting when I thought about it, but really it was just my mind getting in the way, the reality was, I knew which ones were right and was able to get some real beauties to offer. I also love looking up the definitions in the crystal bible and playing with all the possibilities. When travel and my daughter is still at home, she is well surrounded with crystal beings to protect and watch over her while I’m gone. The crystals have given me great comfort too, as my two older boys have moved out of the house. I have a crystal that represents each of them in a circle with crystals for the three of us left at home. When one is facing a challenge, I might add a special crystal into the group for confidence, or releasing negativity or healing physical pain. But it gives me such joy to KNOW that while we may be physically apart, we are strongly energetically linked.

Judy Bousquin Meditation, Reiki teacher/practitioner/Collaborative Healing with Spirit RYT200 Many moons ago, Judy discovered meditation through her yoga practice; ever since she has been practicing sitting meditation, Yoga Nidra and exploring the various traditions of quieting the mind and finding the still-point within. Judy began teaching sitting meditation and Yoga Nidra when students and private clients expressed their challenge with stress in their lives. Inspired by the natural accessibility of meditation to be a self-care tool, Judy made a commitment to assist people in becoming engaged in their internal well-being and thus feeling empowered within their lives instead of wondering when “the next shoe will drop”. Judy believes, "A meditation practice can help us feel better, think clearer and live in alignment with our values." Judy also practices and teaches Reiki and yoga; beautiful complements to meditation. When not practicing, Judy finds joy in being with her family, reading, writing and wandering in the woods.
As a CranioSacral Therapist (CST) Massage Therapist, and Reiki Master, I practice CST which is a gentle light touch therapy that encourages the body to heal itself. I believe in the wisdom of the body and see my role as a facilitator to assist my clients in achieving their goals. Together we accomplish assisting the body in releasing physical pain by releasing dural, fascial and muscular restrictions. In addition to relieving physical pain, this work can be used to relieve emotional pain that is trapped within the body. This is called SomatoEmotional Release (SER). I have received training from the Upledger Institute in this modality as well. Combining all my knowledge and training from Massage Therapy, Reiki, CST & SER, I provide an integrative approach to bodywork. I continue to study and learn new methods to deepen my understanding of the human body in order to promote my client’s health. My client’s goals include; Relieve their body, mind & spirit of daily stress Relieve pain Encourage & promote healing (recovery from injury, and emotional pain) Improve body awareness

As a passionate practitioner of whole-health wellness, Kelly believes in the fundamental link between our physical body and mind.
Each massage session with Kelly is a unique and tailored experience. At the start, Kelly reviews any new body issues, pain points, stress, stiffness, etc. Then through an integration of several massage modalities, Kelly creates open space and healing within the tissues – leading to improved health and wellness in both body and mind.
Massage and self-care are an important part of overall health, and regular massage can help prevent injury, reduce stress, and improve flexibility and circulation. Kelly has been a licensed massage therapist for more than 13 years and has an established and thriving personal practice. Also an active Yogi and outdoor enthusiast, she is excited to now be a part of the self-care practice at YogaMoves.
I have been a massage therapist for 19 years and believe it to be an important component of self care. I graduated from Polarity Realization Institute in March of 2000 with my certificate in training for Holistic Massage . I have continued my education throughout my career and love to learn new modalities as this evolving field grows. Having a personal love for yoga I knew Yomassage would be a perfect next step!

Marie Hurrell RYT 200 Trained as licensed Massage Therapist and a Reiki Practitioner since 2011, Marie is fascinated by exploring the mind body connection through different styles of yoga, meditation, and breath work. After experiencing a particularly difficult time in her life, Marie re-connected to a more dedicated yoga practice that helped her find peace and balance through the strife. Yoga showed her she could tune back in to her higher self, and come out on the other side with a lighter and brighter heart. Coming to her mat shifted the way she looked at life and herself. It was that feeling of divine bliss during and after classes that led her to take a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Moves in Stoneham, Mass, in June of 2017. As a bodyworker, she is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life through encouraging their body awareness and creating healthy movement patterns. For Marie, yoga has facilitated deep healing, and she aims to bring that opportunity to each individual through her classes.
