Pre-registration is required for all classes/workshops and payment made online before the start of class, cancellations requires 1-hour notice. No-shows will be charged a $10 late cancelation fee. We will offer a waitlist when classes are full.
Class/appointment times will be staggered to allow for safe transitions and cleaning in between.
We will direct the flow of traffic for classes and workshops so that all students will enter through the reception door and leave through the studio door
Shoes and coats will be stored in the hall outside the studio door
Please wait in your car until a few minutes before class/appointment and leave all personal items safely at home
Please bring your own clean mats and towels and any other props that support your practice.
All mats will be placed in marked spots 6 feet apart and all classes will be limited to 9 students with 1 instructor
We recommend that you wear a mask into the studio, bring a small baggie that your mask can be placed in during the class sessions, and recommend that you put the mask back on when you get up to leave the room.
We will be providing mat cleaner and disinfectant wipes to clean all areas and we will steam clean floors between each class
We will provide hand sanitizer to all students, there are also 4 handwashing stations in the hallway to use when you enter and before you leave the building
We will run an air purifier in the studio during and after each class/appointment and a UV light between
Teachers will no longer offer hands-on assists and will cue from their station in the room
We trust our students and teachers not to come to class if you are feeling ill
Yoga Moves will continue adapting our protocols in compliance with the guidelines recommended by the CDC, Health Care Professionals, and local government.
